Why ‘Baizor’ (白泽)?

Baizor (白泽) is an auspicious beast in Chinese myth, second only to qilin, phoenix, and dragon.

Wisdom and insight: Baizor could speak human language and knew the nature of all things, the names and forms of spirits, and how to subdue them. The Yellow Emperor was said to have learned from it, recorded in the “Baizor Chart.”

Warding off evil, bringing fortune: A classic symbol of driving away misfortune and inviting good luck.

Symbol of sage rule: It appears only when the realm is well-governed, representing peace and prosperity.

Wisdom and knowledge: In modern use, Baizor stands for “learned and all-knowing,” especially in AI, education, and technology.

Baizor International Chinese Smart Teaching Platform takes its name from this symbolism: insight, understanding, and good fortune. We use AI to understand each Chinese learner’s needs and bring wisdom and benefit to international Chinese education.
